The safe operation of a home inspection is important to us at B Squared Home Inspections for the health of everyone involved in the process, including you, your family and your pets. Some of the equipment used during an inspection, including, but not limited to, ladders, electrical testing equipment and extension cords that can be safety concerns and will be handled in a way to minimize any risks that they present.
Part of the safety equation these days is making sure we use the proper PPE to protect everyone from COVID-19 and other health concerns. Having taken a COVID-19 safety certification class through InterNACHI I have a good understanding of the importance of wearing gloves, masks, booties and safety glasses while conducting the home inspection. Any special consideration should be communicated prior to the inspection so that proper preparations can be made, which can include pets and children in the home.
